Leesa Blanco Artistry books all appointments via email and text during business hours only. Hair related questions/concerns will be addressed during business hours as well. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING

Your appointment is very important to me and reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required to avoid a booking fee. Same day cancellation 50% of service. No show 100% of service.

Confirmation texts are sent out 72 hours prior and reminder texts 24 hours prior. Please confirm your appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please come to your scheduled appointment with clean/dry hair. I do understand things happen, but if more than 10 minutes late, there is a chance we may have to reschedule the appointment so that I may stay on time with the remainder of my clients for the day.

WAITLIST

My booking site now features a convenient waitlist option for clients and guests who cannot find an available appointment time. By registering on the waitlist, you will be notified immediately when a slot opens up due to cancellations or rescheduling. This ensures you don't miss the opportunity to book a preferred time.

**Please do not bring children along to accompany you during your service. This is for their safety and due to the size of my suite, I cannot ensure their safety with hot tools, sharp objects, etc.
